Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging
  • Include all components (tails, inserts, etc.)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All handmade lures (painted, unpainted, and limited releases)
  • Custom-painted products
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards or digital products

These items are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Shipping

Change of mind / preference:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We may provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
We will cover return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible, you may return it and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days.

Final sale items are excluded unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
