Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During product launches or restocks, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.
Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are estimates only — not guarantees.
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, transit times are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost or stolen packages:
Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged deliveries:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at JMAX@maxedlures.com with clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
We will review and assist as needed.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Postal delays, weather issues, or carrier service disruptions
Address Changes & Order Edits
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If you need to make a change, email us within 4 hours of purchase at:

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Returned Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or unclaimed delivery may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If a refund is requested, original shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
International Orders (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
